Meditation Cushion

A round washed-linen cushion filled with buckwheat hulls. It lifts the hips a little so the back straightens and sitting stays comfortable for longer. The filling can be added to or taken out, and the cover unzips for washing.

Features

• Buckwheat hulls take the shape of the seat instead of flattening.
• An inner zip so you can set the amount of filling.
• A washed-linen cover that unzips and goes in the machine.
• A side handle for carrying it between rooms.
• A wide base that does not slide on a rug.

Specifications

• Diameter: 33 cm, 16 cm high
• Filling: Buckwheat hulls, 2.2 kg
• Cover: Washed linen, olive or sand
• Care: Machine wash the cover at 30 °C
• Weight: 2.6 kg
• Included: A 200 g bag of spare filling

How to sit: Sit on the front third of the cushion rather than the middle: that is what tilts the hips slightly and eases the lower back.
